**After Big Summer for Softball, Ali Aguilar Ready to Lead A**

Oklahoma Sooner star Ali Aguilar has had a phenomenal summer on the softball diamond. In June, she helped the Sooners win their second consecutive Women's College World Series title. Aguilar was a key player for the USA Softball Women's National Team at the International Cup in August. She helped the team win a bronze medal, going 3-for-10 with a home run and three RBIs in the tournament. Aguilar is now preparing to lead a team of her own. She has been named the manager of the 2024 USA Softball Women's Elite Team. The Elite Team is a select group of the top players in the country who compete in international competitions.
